I work on a fractional or interim basis, embedding with Boards and leadership teams to provide senior digital and transformation leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive. I work flexibly across New Zealand, Australia, and internationally, with a mix of on-site and remote engagement depending on organisational needs. This includes in-person leadership presence where it adds value, supported by remote working to maintain momentum and continuity.

Fractional Executive Leadership

I work with Boards, CEOs, and leadership teams on a fractional basis, typically 1–3 days per week, providing senior digital and transformation leadership without the commitment of a full-time executive. This model is suited to organisations needing experienced leadership to drive strategy execution, operating model change, or transformation delivery over a defined period.

Interim / Contract Executive Roles

I take on interim or contract executive roles where organisations require hands-on leadership to stabilise, reset, or progress critical initiatives. This includes periods of transition, transformation, or heightened delivery demand, with clear accountability for outcomes and decision-making.

Advisory & Programme Reset

I provide targeted advisory support to Boards and leadership teams to clarify direction, assess progress, and reset transformation or digital programmes where momentum, confidence, or alignment is required. Engagements are typically time-bound and focused on decision clarity, governance, and execution readiness.

Executive Coaching (complementary)

Executive coaching is offered as a complementary capability to my executive and advisory work, supporting leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and resilience where it directly contributes to delivery and organisational outcomes.
